The stream corridor is home to 78 fish species and 32 species of amphibians and reptiles. The heavily wooded watershed harbors more than 30 unique plants and plant communities, many of which are listed as threatened or endangered. In places, the stream can be about 40 feet wide and at other times narrows to 15 feet. Water flow levels in Conneaut Creek flucuate throughout the year - but spring and early sumemer provide excellent fishing and canoeing opportunities. A Group - Pace line speed (22-26 mph).
B Group - Pace lined sped (19-23 mph).
A and B Groups are fast and competitive rides. Until a B Group Leader is designated, there is a NO Drop rule. At a major intersection, the cycling group will wait or go back for the B Group.
